This is a speculative spot centered on Ashwagandha, a herbal supplement which helps with anxiety and stress. Stress is depicted with repetitive, heavy, chaotic visuals; a 3D, herb-inspired capsule enters as the pivot, and the scene resolves into smooth, clear, quiet moments that read as calm.
Process
I first planned shape the words into label and capsules. After a few tests, I realized it took viewers too long to recognize them, so I switched to simple, emoji-like icons to convey uneasse at a glance.
